Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons canola or macadamia nut oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, Low Sodium
Preheat oven to 450. Lightly cover both sides of chicken breast with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Grease pan and arrange chicken. Cook for 10 minutes. Heat oil in large skilled on medium heat. Add soy sauce. Take chicken breast out of over and apply them directly to the steaming pan. Cook both sides of chicken for about 6 minutes.
