Just when I thought my scale didn’t know to display that didn’t end in a .8 or a .7, I did it. My current weight is 187.0000000. That's a 0.8 lb drop from yesterday. I know it could be lower if only I could poop. That's one thing diet books never tell you, is how the change will effect your poop. I feel that sometimes i COULD go, but then nothing happens. That's what happened right after my first binge meal on Saturday. I couldn’t really poop for 2 days, I mean I'd make some progress, but never get any real satisfaction. On the second day, my stomach started to hurt in a way I haven't felt since i was five years old. Before you know it...LAVATORY SUCCESS! For the weigh in the next day i was almost 3lbs lighter, check out the chart. I’m going to start adding Flax Seed to EVERYTHING see if that regulates me. I am also taking align to combat things from the opposite spectrum. We'll experiment with the flax first, then I'll try cutting the Align. Stay tuned for another poop report.
