2:00pm. Lunch, I got my whole-wheat-carb on with a Turkey Pastrami Sandwich. I also prepared a mug of Yerba Mate and a side of yogurt-covered pretzels. Unexceptionably delicious. Definitely made up for breakfast. I am stuffed.
For the sandwich I used:
-Two slices of 100% whole wheat bread toasted with butter and McCormick's Italian Herb Seasoning on top
-5-6 slices of Castle Wood Turkey Pastrami (WAY better than Boars Head)
-A handful of Taylor Organic Baby Spring Mix (Mixed assortment of 21 different lettuces)
-Olive Oil Mayo
-4 thin slices of low moisture, low fat mozzarella cheese
